1). Yes, we can send you free exist sample to check quality, you need to pay for shipping cost only.
2). Sample cost can be refund when your order quantity is over 3000pcs.

Ｑ3) Can you make a mock up design for me? Do you offer dieline?
A: Yes. We have professional designer to assist with mock up design or dieline, but in the same time, we need you to confirm the size and provide us logo in AI/PDF file.
Ｑ4) What kind of printing carft do you use?
A: We can print different carft as per your requirement. Such as Silk screen printing, Hot stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Spot UV etc.
Q5) How do I proceed the order?
A: After confirm the details of product size, logo, color and cost etc., we'll send you PI and payment link to place the order. Then we'll make a pre-production sample and send video for you to check, then start bulk production.
Q6) What's your payment terms?
A: 100% deposit in advance. Over USD5000 we can accept 50% deposit, and 50% balance with shipping cost before shipment.
